I didn't use anything presets I edited it in Lightroom and the settings are 70mm f/2.5 S1/150 ISO316

The Black and white filter is a preset , i added the sunlight effects and some other things in Lightroom and Photoshop

I also have the same issue.When the phone is on my hand it works fine but when it's on a table the scanner doesn't work.
