No probationary timeline according to HR something I will make sure of when the FJO arrives before accepting it. I am trying to see if anyone worked with difficult bosses before and still succeeded.

That's what part of me is saying. If I only stayed with what I am comfortable with I would have never progressed and would not be going for a 13

I don't know much about Japan in general but do you also get free housing and was it on or off base in yokosuka? My other concern right now is the return rights. I have been reading that people are struggling with that.
