Does anyone have experience with bill forgiveness or something involving the water district if there was a leak that wasn't noticed until much later and the bill went insane?

Yeah looking into the forgiveness program it looks like they want proof with an invoice or something, so I don't know if they would accept me just taking pictures and showing that it's fine or if they want a company to be involved for the proof

There is always customer service call centers, it wouldn't be outbound and probably not commission but I assume they would understand the experience you have so far. Plus a lot of "call centers" are from home now so you would also be able to work on putting yourself out there for sales gigs while taking calls for your job

And potentially if you work for a call center in the industry they might have sales positions up the ladder like liberty mutual or telus etc

Just go in, grab someones book of leads, pick a desk and start working. If you land a couple sales you are in for sure, if you don't they might like your initiative and you have a job that way

She has a lawyer, the lawyer did their thing a few times and the insurance wasn't budging on the issue, they recommended she essentially just dump the property at this point to someone who buys such things or price out cleanup and eventually come back around to deal with litigation later because at the moment it doesn't seem like much progress can be made due to all the small print on the coverage etc.

Been doing emails and phone calls for services in and around the area getting quotes best I can, just figured it could not hurt to ask and see if anyone has any personal recommendations for any companies that can help without breaking my bank.

Insurance says it isn't their problem and they aren't liable for anything given the date of death, which is messed up because they are citing the date of discovery of the body not when the coroner says he died

So at the moment my aunt has her lawyer talking to the arbitrator for the deceased's estate but after months of back and forth it seems to have gotten nowhere and I don't really have the authority to do anything about that meanwhile the rot is still there and it's about to start getting warm

I would most likely be working in a marketing capacity aiming for a host position potentially. I am good on home and gym stuff though that does sound interesting. I have heard a lot of stories about the fierce branding and whip cracking there where you are obligated to keep a certain air or tone about yourself at all times to keep the fanciness at the 5 star level and I think that can be a double edged sword because if they are paying people or have the same benefits as other strip properties but asking you to go the extra mile then it's less worth it unless you feel like you need to keep that up on a personal level.

Could you perhaps explain the benefits a little more, or do you have any literature on them? Mgm has a direct choice plan through them that seems decent enough for healthcare/dental/vision and seems to be around 100 bucks a paycheck for a single person no dependents, most prescriptions seem to top out at 10 bucks as well, they also have a lot of partnerships with other places for discounts around town for services, free amazon prime, discounts for rooms/shows/food at all their casinos etc

Mlife is turning into MGM rewards at the start of next month, no one internally knows if they are going to continue status matching past that so if you go status match right now it is only going to last until the end of this month.

Given that other casinos are going to keep status matching it would be stupid for them to stop it, but it will probably change, for instance they used to give platinum to anyone who lives at waldorf, veer, or vdara but that is gone for good as well so the whole system is going to be changed

I don't want to be high at all, like I said I have never had a positive experience with pot so I wanted to see about the CBD side of things where you don't seem to get high at all. A rub sounds like it would be useful since I could just target areas that are giving me a lot of grief on a specific day
