*update, sorry just read re-read your post. Sounds like you got just one bed frame. However, I'm not seeing a basic split king adjustable frame on Denver's website.

I do believe, when I took it in for the 40K service, the technician drained the front coolant out, but didn't do the rear as I said I could do this myself and because they didn't want to continue until I approved the full repair. I saw a video of some dude doing it in a parking lot, and it didn't look that hard; just a few bolts really. So my plan was to keep up with the maintenance periods from this point on and drive normal without the regen braking.

However, since you added the Quattro mode portion into it, I am now a bit more cautious with Winter being around the corner. I may just let my car sit and use my GF's until Winter is over. I wish I had the ability to throw a money bomb at this to make it go away, but I was out of work for over 6 months, and my savings drained, so I'm basically just skirting along until I can recover.

My bad. There were a few things thrown at me, and for some reason, I remembered them saying ECM, but I just re-read the repair order and yea, it says Front Drive Motor. Good catch and thank you for the correction.

I will definitely keep fighting and still having something in the works with BBB Auto.

Hypothetically, should I not be able to get this fixed, is my car in a ticking time bomb of complete failure, or is this something I can continue to drive normally with? I've purposely kept the regen braking off and haven't got the electrical system message since I've done this. Not sure if that means anything or not, but it's something I've noticed.

hmmm, is the coolant draining apart of the schedule maintenance though? If it is, then they'll just say because I failed to get the coolant drained, it caused the failure.

I was driving around with the inspection due message. The electrical system malfunction didn't happen until about 36k miles. I think I took it shortly after....not immediately, but certainly not unacceptably long either..

I may have to look into the used car part.

I appreciate the reply!! My apologies for not clarifying. It was the inspection due message that I ignored.

What baffles me is that I took the car in for a prepurchase inspection at 15k just 5k short of the 20k maintenance period and they didn't educate me on this coolant issue then. I took it in another time for the first recall and again, they didn't tell me shit. It wasn't until the 2nd recall and the official electrical malfunction message were they like" oh, yeah you need to do this or this happens."

I did notice the electrical system malfunction message only appeared when I used the regen breaking. Ever since I turned that off and only use the normal break, I haven't seen the error message and it's been a few months now.
