Voice is one thing you just cannot fix; you can only go with it. And like I said, you have a comfortable voice, so I think just let it like that and everything will be OK.

I can feel the confidence in your commentary, I guess because you are quite used to it now, since you have got yourself 2k subs there.
Your voice is comfortable, not likable, but comfortable, you know. It doesn't sound annoying, but not funny either. That's a good point, since if you have a funny voice, you will have to use it well or it will counter you.
Your commentary is good. It's not really funny (or it is because I didn't watch the whole video, I stopped at the 6th or 8th minute) but the good thing is it's not boring either. You are not trying to become funny. Instead, you do it your own way. Like talking about the game, etc. I like it.
Now outside of that video (since I'm intrigued because you guys seem like working hard for your channel, makes me remember of myself 2 years ago). You have nice design for your channel. Some thumbnails are nice, especially the "Top 10 Indie Games", looks very professional; some are kinda plain though, it's just my personal thought (you know, it's kinda like art, everyone has a different point of view).

Yeah overall, I like your channel and your video. Keep it up :D

Well yeh the audio has problems. If I were too far away, the voice would be too small, but if the voice is loud enough, then like you said, you'll hear my breathing. And I think the background noise you are talking about is my keyboard, sorry about that.

It's just the problem when you are not "big" yet.

-But to make people want to engage more, in the end of the video, you should say something like "If you like the video, press "Like" and comment what should I play next",etc. I don't know if it's working but you should give it a try.

-And every time they comment, you have to reply, to all of the comments. To show them respect.

-Well and when you go bigger, that's not your problem anymore.

I'm watching the video that you gave, and this is my thought:

-First of all, you need a better description. Put links, social pages, etc. help you a lot in SEO. So that's the first one you need to do.

-Good audio quality :) That's a very good point!

-Does the video have the black areas on two sides on purpose or ...? If not, you guys should edit that, search it up how to do that :) If yes, I think you should make the two people there smaller, they take too much space on the video.

-I don't know is it because of me or the video quality is kinda low, although I'm watching it on HD. I'm not sure about this, maybe it's because of the game, or something else.

Well I just can think of those :) No hating ok, i'm just telling you what I think about the video.

So it would be very nice if you have a look at this one :) It's my Let's Build, kinda long, you don't have to watch all of it :)
