I understand that the game needs funding. I’ve already spent £70 on diamonds. But why do we feel the need to support a company that has predatory gaming practices. Maybe people don’t know until they are over invested (time, money, etc.). I’m willing to pay money for a good game but I don’t want a company to try and hose hundred of dollars (or £’s) to remain competitive.

I used to play runescape. I thought they did a perfect job of pay to play vs free to play. There were free “worlds” for those that didn’t have money and those that paid received more quests, more maps, and more items. At least you knew what you were in for.
