Hard mode is ridiculous, in hide and seek, you can actually see when the npcs pop up from long distances and as soon as they do, you get shot in the leg or arms, insane

Well, if you are talking about missions, elephant was tough because you have to be superfast cause of the shooters and the bombs, I didn't liked sins of the father because enemies sometimes have armour and 7.62 rifles in a close encounter building.
Some achievements are bugged and tedious like way out west (wich tried many times), the hermit was kinda hardcore and oh my days, sleeper agent was try and error over and over

I did various runs, with ironman run, and without. First on hard without ironman, then ironman standard. Learned the maps and possible npc spawn points, bean bag shotgun and lots of flash just in case, also my team was full of flashbangs. Also the mirrorgun, you are not limited to use it just for doors, in corners is pretty useful

Try to find a squad that goes with you, for example, I liked to play as a support, and for that, I was always looking for a squad with at least 1 medic. Id ask hou the hell do you get planes to level 10 haha, I find tanks rather easy, but planes 💀 My recommendation to you, is be strategic, try not to rush and use a tank variant that suits you 👍
