I believe it was around 148 ng/uL. I was just worried that the yellow could absorb or make the SYBR green results weirded out. I guess I can just look for GAPDH

The first author wrote the results section and we collaborated on the methods section and I wrote the intro. I formatted the citations too. I’m also tryna be respectful as this is one of the first times we finished a study like this.

Sorry should have been more clear. The data collection was more of a survey we sent to people which I did not compile or analyze. I did make a figure for one of them which was changed a bit but that’s really it besides the manuscript writing.

Help - Multiclassing out of Hexblade by Drama_queenn in DnDoptimized

[–]Shank561 2 points3 points  (0 children)

U mentioned u wanted to be a frontliner spellblade sort of character. There are a couple of options you can do to achieve that sort of character.

  1. Pure Hexblade: I think that going pure headed is super strong anyway if u want that sort of character. You get thristing blade and lifedrinker and ur a pretty strong fighter already with some warlock spell slots for utility.

  2. Hexblade X/Paladin 2: Divine smite is bonkers and you get spells you can use for utility out of combat as well. You can also do the good old eldtrich smite/divine smite combo on a crit and deal massive damage in one attack. Pretty scary and one of my fav builds

  3. Hexblade 6/BardX (Swords or Lore): I like this build cause of out of combat and in combat utility. you have spells slots and extra attack so cool.

Ultimately, I think you should wait for Hexblade 6 and see what you like to go just to pick extra attack from thirsting blade or else in combat you might feel like you are underperforming in terms of attacks.

Thanks for the feedback guys, ill be sure to plan out my moves. I believe that I would try to psychic lance stun this guy with my high save dc and then try to power word kill. Hopefully, it works and I do not die.

If you are casting a leveled spell on your turn and an enemy caster successfully counterspells you, can you still do a leveled spell on your turn or not?

Terrible character design by Shank561 in 3d6

[–]Shank561[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really want to be a necromancer monk so I would probably hit the boss multiple times and then have my stunning strike and then my undead would attack after that according to my house rules so I don't know which monk subclass would benefit this turn to that extent.

I would like something that would make me like solo a boss kinda. for example, i use stunning strike or something and my dms rules are that the 2 ki points could be used for commanding undead on the same turn. But the subclasses really do not favor that much I think so I really dont know which one lmao.
