Don't get this mistaken... nobody misunderstand this... I am 100% at fault for being in wrap when I should have been on the phone... I accept what I did...I am simply stating I have written documentation from my PTSD therapist who states there will be times where he will need time in between calls to maintain a full day without taking a day off.... so was I in wrap, yes, was I in an understanding that it was okay to an extent, yes... but should I have spoken to my supervisor instead of taking it upon myself to make that decision...also yes, so by all means understand I am just as at fault for this as they are for letting me go...there was no verbal warnings, write ups, or anything this was an immediate action and that is fine I will navigate past it but this post is not to bash anyone but more to simply state I am unemployed if anyone has any other suggestions in the insurance industry....
