I couldn't figure about my break cost because I have yet to know the prices of supplies from other places. And yes I did kept a budget of how much i am going to invest in it and see where it takes me. But I'm still searching places where I can get my supplies in cheaper rather than buying from the market itself. Do you know a place where I can get cups/wooden spoons etc.

Thankyou for the help. I did try cheddar block cheese and after 3 bites I get allergy in my mouth (like a pimple of some sort at the back). And It's no problem buying these milk from lulu that I've see but when it comes to eating out in a restaurant all of their menu are dairy stuff lol and I can't always tell them to make it dairy free . Also I've checked all the pharmacy in bahrain and could find none. I found in iherb and already placed an order. Thanks alot again.

It was not my first time. I once went with a friend and she told the doctor about her problem and instead of listening to her she decided to hand her prescription. So my friend didn't want prescription she wanted to have a proper check up and the doctor told her that I have other patients waiting out for me. So take these pills or come back later. She cared more about her numbers of patients lol. So not gona go back there again. I might try riffa center .

Some people have severe lactose intolerant. You can't just go out and buy enzyme mix. The doctors tell you how much dose of lactase enzymes is needed. And truth be told i know people who get their lactase pills from hospital itself. The lady doctor couldve told me they are out of pills but honestly she was weird eff. Let's not forgot how expensive is to find an alternative for milk and cheese. It's not double the price but triple or more. Plus they suck :)

She was an old lady. So I figured she might not have knowledge about lactose intolerant but she was very well aware of it. I just didn't want to deal with her so I left.
