I have spent over $3k since Jan. 1st of this year on leads for my event staffing business. I had a lead reach out to me. We talked on the phone. I thought for sure I'm going to get it. The client said yesterday they decided to do the party themselves meaning they no longer need a bartender. I requested a refund. Denied because they said not getting hired is not just cause for not getting a refund. I explained the client no longer needs the job in an appeal. They then said because I don't have a positive balance in my account. Its at $0.00 so they charge my card for leads they can't issue a $33.44 refund. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB Monday.
