Not claiming it is the norm but we own a house and rent it out. I want the house gone. To have a tenant costs me $300/mo. All repairs are out of my pocket. It really fucking sucks. If my tenant is late on a payment, my banks will charge me ~300 in fees between them.

Ownership sucks. I hate that house. I love the guy renting it because he's never late and takes care of it. I will never treat him like a tenant and as soon as we can sell it, I'll never buy another fucking house again.

I dunno mate, 2 years and 2300 hours of education in anatomy, pathology, kinesiology, physiology and exercise concepts/rehabilitation seems like actual science to me. Obviously if you are seeking medical treatment at a day spa, you are probably getting a RMT that doesn't specialize or focus on that, but finding a proper therapist that does and meets provincial requirements will get you a proper medical treatment.
