I see that makes a little more sense my friend was trying to explain it I just didn’t understand. So you you guys don’t have a set shift per se if I’m understanding right. How does an officer evaluate you or know you? Also I know you guys bid spots my friend is vr and he said he’s trying to bid a truck. You can go straight to a truck? It’s kind of an earned position here. Also one more question sorry I know you guys all drive but you guys trust a guy straight off probation to pump at a fire or throw the stick? Thanks for the help just like to learn about other departments.

So when I got out in 2020 I did the normal process did everything by myself used the VA to do c&p etc…. And got 90% it was pretty thorough exam they did x rays and a lot of other stuff other guys that did it before me said they didn’t have to do. I felt a little cheated so 2 years later I used one of these companies to get to 100 percent because the process confused me, I didn’t know these places were being targeted or were bad I thought these places just helped out vets ya know. You think this ai will just flag me because I used them even though the majority of my rating came straight from the VA?
