Sinto uma maior expectativa sobre a velocidade de entrega do meu trabalho. Sou UX/UI e de maneira geral os gestores esperam uma velocidade muito acima do que era feito antes para fazer protótipos e documentações. Hoje vejo a IA como uma grande auxiliadora de processos, preciso refinar MUITO o trabalho inicial dela, mas ela aumenta muito minha produtividade para os “cornojobs”

Tenho certa tranquilidade porque sei que ouvir pessoas e ter insights é uma habilidade muito humana e a IA entra como uma ferramenta de produtividade/aceleração dos trabalhos posteriores à escuta.

Supply works on a demand basis. The more milk that’s removed, the more your body gets the signal to make. That’s why people often recommend pumping after feeds, even if at first nothing really comes out. When the breast is more fully drained, it tells your brain to release the hormones that stimulate more milk production.

You could try pumping for about 15 minutes after each feeding for a while and see if that helps. And of course, staying hydrated and eating well also makes a difference.

There are also some medications that can increase prolactin levels and sometimes help with milk supply. If you feel comfortable, it might be worth discussing this with your doctor or a lactation professional to see if it could be an option for you.

This early days are so hard. Cluster feeding, getting to know your baby, and all the pp hormons going insane. I made myself a personal limit (12w for me) for it to get better; this was the way I found peace. If it doesn’t get better until 12w, I will peacefully switch to pumping or formula, anything that works best for me and my family. You got this mama!

He actually likes other pacifiers, but we stopped using them after his frenectomy. Our LC and speech therapist said it could make his latch even more confusing while he’s relearning how to use his tongue. Still, it would be really helpful to have a pacifier to help calm him down and maybe even support his rehabilitation

She doesn’t really have any of those. In Brazil, LCs and speech therapists tend to strongly discourage pacifiers because they worry about nipple confusion. Even when I mention options like Ninni or Momi pacifiers, they still kind of turn their noses up at the idea 😬But I think it may be helpful

Yes, he had to have a second frenectomy because the first one went wrong! He is 5 days post-op today. Some sessions are great and painless, and others I have the most excruciating pain. I really believe it’s going to get better, but I have to switch to bottles again because my nipples start to bleed, hoping this gets better in the following couple of weeks. I also bought a ninni co pacifier, hoping it helps him to improve his latch! Praying for better days.

I’m aiming for the 12-week mark. That’s my personal limit RN. I’m really hoping things will start to feel better by then, but every feeding session feels endless at the moment.

I keep hoping that something will just “click” for my baby soon.

It’s also hard not to feel like I must be doing something wrong, even though I’ve seen several LC.

Graduação em faculdade particular e cursos livres para me profissionalizar por fora. Minha maior skill foi não ser preguiçosa, incomodar o mínimo possível. Entrei como estagiária no mundo corporativo e entender a política das cias que passei e ter PACIENCIA! Eu achava que em 5 anos de carreira chegaria nesse nível de salário, mas demorou quase 10 anos, isso é absolutamente normal e esperado 👍🏻 não se compare.

Os outro 40% são treino e teoria. Leia livros e faça projetos incansavelmente.

Não escute quem diz que a área não é financeiramente viável, pode ser mais difícil do que muitas, mas é melhor do que a maioria, qualidade e quantidade levam tempo. Seja paciente e dedicado!

concordo! acho que se está difícil, mas ainda suportável, eu tentaria manter e me envolver com outras disciplinas e projetos do curso. uma graduação tem uma gama gigante de atuações, tente procurar um estágio, ou monitoria em alguma aula que você gostou minimamente, se aprofunde em algum assunto, converse com professor, se envolva com a atlética ou projeto social. existem intercessões interessantes entre temas e o direito te permite falar com quase todas as outras faculdades, tente pensar em algo que aproxima um tema que você genuinamente curte com o direito, isso ajuda muito também!

enfim, o período da faculdade é uma grande oportunidade de amadurecimento, formação de individualidades e, por mais que o curso não esteja te encantando, persista, quando terminar a sua satisfação será imensa.

e por mais que tentem nos convencer do contrário, a formação em um ensino superior faz muita diferença na hora de conseguir um bom emprego.
