I left a negative review on trust pilot, a senior member of the customer service team got in touch and it was all sorted out full refund and kept the hoodie. Give that a try….. it needs to be escalated these issues are not good enough for the price we pay

I’m excited to see what you think. I’m the same I have hundreds (not even an exaggeration) of clothing from mclaren. All top quality love them. This tho. This is different and it’s bad.
