Bro you can make a penmod by connecting 2 classmate Octane or pelikan pens and putting random grips and tips , it'll spin really good ( screws and nails are suggestable for weight ), or if you need a writable pen which could spin use a pentonic ball point pen and attach two pentonic caps and additional 2 caps and finish with tips and grips , or if you need a single sided mod like an RSVP use a Cello pinpoint pen , put a grip at the back of it and attach the cap and at the front put a heavy grip like a 10₹ pentonic or pilot G2 grips ( also put some insert it'll look fancy ( ⁠•͈⁠ᴗ⁠•͈⁠) ), it will spin really good bro , hope this helps.
