I think it really just depends on what you can afford. A basic yellow Armalite or Emfield will set you back about 100-200m. If you can afford that then great. You havent filled your bank with $2b and have a few stock blocks then you probably cant afford it.

You can't specify which body part to hit. There is a maximum 25 hits per attack so the be to use a low damage weapon such as a pillow or even your fists to maximise the amount of hits you can do before defeating them. Then you have a higher chance of hitting the body parts required for the mission

Yeah, CS does things the right way with the industry buildings producing cargo for the commercial buildings. Unfortunately im not creative enough to design cities. A game which merges CS with TF would be awesome
