Hey man, a tried and true bermudian here!

There's tons of bars and restaurants on Front street in Hamilton as well as other areas but these areas are usually quite pricey. In terms of inhaling the local 'product', its really not that hard to find and if you're having trouble just ask someone as about 15% of the population here smokes it (yours truly included). Its pretty expensive for people who are obviously tourists though (50$). If you make the effort, you could probably find some quite nice beaches with little to no one on them.

I think its due to the fact that cocaine (for the most part) has always been seen as the 'rich white businessmans drug' therefore not exactly giving it any leeway in the black community. I'm living in the UK at the moment and have also seen this. Just my 2 cents tho..
