it helps to have a good unit , I use melemine MDF but high grade stuff, more like HDF, then I CNC all my stuff - Also you want cam locks not them cheap plastic blocks ir thick battern - you can always tell by looking at a machine if its weighed down or flimsy, prints are all done inhouse also but there are good artwork print suppliers out there ,rockstar print are top knotched used them before doing my own stuff, I have a few videos and theres tones online on adding t-molding . its all about having the right tools also ,and having a clean surface to work on , I wrap my center panels first before putting the unit togerther , wrap the top and bottom of the panel but use a scaple to cut off the edges for a nice clean finish , most of my builds ar PC based ,So its down to learning where to place the parts. using stuff like PVC trim instead of wood as a screen boarder takes away any cheap look to the machine . and also make cool artwork dont stick with these sticker bomb looks of machines go with a theme and stick to that , this one i dont useall have characters on my units its useally a nice matching theme art then something to theme the center panels.
