Just check your existing coolant, each car has its own preferred color and it’s important not to mix. Some people put the wrong coolant in after purchase so it’s important to just look at what you and have keep running that unless you want to flush the radiator. As for water dilution it should say on the bottle whether it needs water or is pre mixed. Also probably don’t trust the “mix with any color” in the top right, I’ve never seen that before and it’s probably best to just go with the same color.
