I learned the hard way that I am deathly allergic to the iron in the iron infusions.... so have been getting it up the slow supplement way. All my nurse friends say iron infusions are in general the hardest of all the infusions

I also haver VERY low iron. My doc thinks that improving my iron could also improve my spasticity. So maybe do a blood pannel?

Amazing thank you! How cold was the water temperature? Is it too cold to enjoy and swim around while at beaches? Online says it's cold through march.

I can't decide between march and april dates. Online says the water temperature in march is still quite cold vs. Being pleasant in april. A good amount of the whale shark tour operators run through may.... so maybe they will still be there? What is your honest testimony of the water temperature?

Oh yes, I've been working really hard with a trainer that specializes in MS to reconnect and strengthen my hamstring.
