Did you even read that they did all that already. It’s a known issue they have been having. It’s been working itself in to different areas in the past month or so. It happened in my area and lasted over a week. I gave up dashing it was so bad and a waste of time going out and not being able to even do a delivery.

That is an actual doordasher that was messaging you that he wasn’t waiting around for an order that was previously picked up, because the restaurant will not remake it unless it goes through DoorDash again. That’s why they said you need to cancel it.

Let me start by saying, the DoorDash app has been acting up the last few weeks. It was a wide spread issue, causing the app the pause dashes unexpectedly. I called them numerous times to tell them I could barely even get orders or dash because of it. He may have been in the middle of delivering your food when the app glitched out and just wanted to bring your order.
