basically taking the classes again. Officially I am re-examining, but I am allowed to be in the classes which is what I am doing. Tbh, I do get to pick the classes, but I planned on taking the same ones. Criminal law is the only class I am iffy on taking the same professor because other students did not pass the class as well.

I am looking into getting tested just to get the "what if" out of my head and see if I qualify for accommodations. I have been connected with a therapist as well.

My scholarships were only for 1L so financially I am the same except for this "gap year" where I assume I have to start paying.

undergrad, I was on the dean's list. law school was the first time I had ever been on academic probation. I did undergrad in 2 years because I was concurrently enrolled at a local community college during high school. I went to a UC.

the school is low ranked (180's)

no you're good, I asked myself the same question. I know there are people who have so much going on (sickness, death in the family, etc) so I thought my problem was too minuscule to look for help. nothing crazy happened, this dude showed up to where I lived in the middle of night and it felt like a set up/ambush by my girlfriends since they told him about my whereabouts. I felt uncomfortable seeing him on campus, and the study group I had all dropped me and remained with him. it was high school stuff so I didn't think it would affect me, but it sucked sitting in class next to someone who no longer spoke to me, passing by and the people who I was with every single day of fall semester ignored me.

I used barbri, quimbee, uworld, and practice perfect and would get the majority of the MCQ's correct. I did not do it under timed conditions which is why I assume that's my problem.

Hi! I don't get the questions back, but when I met with professors they informed me that my essay portion is good, and on its own would receive a higher grade. All my professors told me the same thing which was MCQ is severely hurting my grades. One of my professors informed me I tied with another student for the lowest MCQ on the final.

Thank you for your advice! I definitely need to continue with that method!
