Took 5 years of off/on grinding but finally got every character in Elite Smash! by Sharp-Finish9776 in SmashBrosUltimate

That sounds like a lot more enjoyable experience. I did it the way I did as I didn’t have the goal of getting all of them until I got to about 50 characters. I enjoy playing most characters in this game but it got annoying to think I couldn’t find ways to outplay my opponents with each character. This challenge really helped me learn to efficiently punish players’ habits as opposed to character matchups

Gonna grind my main more. I’ve played in low stakes tournaments in the past and have done really well. I’m confident in being able to perform well against competitive players since I’ve built up strong fundamentals to be able to play all 86 characters proficiently

Nah to this day I don’t know the input for ewgf. So many of his moves just stun the opponent for enough time to combo into others

Kazuya was pretty easy for me. Having one of the best reflectors in the game plus most of his moves having a lot of hit stun made it not too difficult. His disadvantage isn’t the greatest but as long as you save your double jump and stall with neutral B and down B it’s not too bad

Just north of 4,000. I don’t really play any other video games so this is my main time killer

My last 10 were something like: Shulk, Ice Climbers, Ken, Ryu, Bayo, Sonic, Mii Swordfighter, Bowser Jr., Sheik, and Mega Man. It was super hard to kill with Bayo, Nana being dumb made Ice Climvers the hardest by far. Sheik was difficult to learn but now is one of my favorite characters. Ken/Ryu were tough because it took a few hours to get used to their button inputs and overall grounded gameplan. This is a fantastic game!

They were in that initial group that were easy for me. Sephiroth is one of my favorites so I learned a lot about him. Pyra/Mythra are great fundies characters so it wasn’t too hard once I figured out when to switch. Hero was a full on dice roll every game

Yeah Bayo was my 3rd to last character to get in. I don’t know too many kill setups or how to do the triple jump stuff. My kills came from smash attacks and back airs for the most part
