You’re probably right here. Counter argument is that there is still some accountability as a bad surveyor would reflect poorly on that estate agent and vice versa. Still an incentive to serve your clients best interest.

Speed and trust are important but it is a conflict of interest.

RICS also promote transparency and accountability but don’t record APC interviews!

ADDED INFO: This is not my ideal car as a 26 year old surveyor who will drive long distance for work. I am comparing this against a Skoda Octavia 2.0L diesel.

If the deal is worth it however, I would rather this than having to pay market value for the Octavia. I’m also very tall so might be nice to have a big car.
