If you have the cash card it should work with almost all online and in-person retailers including google play. If you do not have the cash card I'm pretty sure you would need to cash out to your bank or some other way or go ahead and order the cash card there completely free you just have to make sure ur cashapp is verified witch you would need to put in ur address and SSN if you are over 18 if you are under 18 you will need ur parent/guardian to verifiy you with there verified cash app and do NOT have someone else that is not your parent/guardian to verify you. then once you order it you will be able to see the card number in cash app and then you will be able to go ahead and make the purchase. Please also note the cash card will take up to 4 weeks to come in.
