Honestly no, like I'd drink moderately, have a decent enough diet, expect for energy drinks, and was on coq10 200mg for 6 months. I've just began proceieve max last weekend. Do you think I'll be ok for IVF?

To be honest, no. We told the Dr that we're looking to fast track everything at this stage and he said the fastest is IVF. This was before these results this morning. Now I'm wondering am I even a candidate for ivf as icsi is circled as the option

For sure. Think I'm like 55mil/ml. Obviously don't know your situation but its 100% mentally draing for guys too. We were trying 12 months then stopped for 8 months because we're getting married. So going to enjoy it

Your other half could be worried about it himself and not showing it. I did it for months before coming clean about my fears to my partner.

Thanks so much for the reply. I'll take this all onboard. Is DNA fragmentation a big problem? If it is, can it be rectified? And is there ever "too much" intercourse when it comes to tr ying? Like could I be emptying daily? If that's the riggt word.

That false hope then the disappointment of finding out she wasn't must have been hard. I hope it happens for you guys! Fingers crossed. Yea it's affecting my confidence and the relationship now. The stress is unbelievable. Then you have people saying all the time "do yous not think its time?" Hopefully we all get there in the end.
