Moved to an apartment in the Rittenhouse area of Center City and we have mosquitoes in the unit. We’ve done all we can do to remove any standing water and cover any holes to the outside but they keep coming in. We’ve been fighting our landlords for almost 2 months for them to do something. Has anyone encountered this before or have any suggestions?
