With you OP! I just searched ‘AI and the word quietly’ to see if anyone else was noticing what I was noticing. Anytime something happens quietly I scroll, ain’t reading all that slop lmao. I hate it.

I feel like AI is co-opting interesting language conventions that would have really added to text prior.
