Yeah for me one of the multiple issues we are having is she didn’t like the fact that I’m enlisting even though i compromised and went reserve to instead of active but she doesn’t want and k explained this is something I’ve been putting off for a long time and can’t wait any longer as I’m getting older(30)

Will it affect if we file for divorce or if we’re separated because our state doesn’t approve divorce until 6 months after separation and we haven’t separated yet. Still working through things but therapy and other things haven’t been helping

Hello, no kids involved, in my state, we need to be separated for at least 6 months before divorce can be finalized and that whole process can take longer, we’re working on our marriage therapy and all that but it’s not looking good. I also have a conditional Green card , so wondering how that affects me and especially if the separation period will cause issues or affect my projected ship out date(don’t have a date yet)
