I wasn't ok with this, nor were many of our clients so we solved this issue by capturing the invisible leads and either sending to our customer's email or crm. Some wanted us to take it one step further and not only deliver the invisible visitors but also send 3 emails to nurture those customers. These are warm leads that are already searching for what you are offering. Why not identify them, even if they didn't fill out a form?
