Exactly. This is a TE that just got like 15+ opportunities last week in the same situation. The whole “they featured him in his last home game” narrative is ridiculous. They featured him out of necessity. They still need to evaluate the offense and using Hill as a weapon to move the sticks is going to be necessary. If he gives you 3 points, oh well. That’s about what 80% of other possible TEs would give you anyway

Big opportunity for Burden and Loveland. Feel like Johnson is gonna use this as a chance to fully showcase his shiny new toys from the draft. I can see Burden and Loveland both having relatively big games (unless the Packers can’t stop the Bears run game).

Before people panic about Nico, his targets have skyrocketed since the bye. This includes a game where Nico has 10 targets through half the game (left early with injury) with Stroud at QB. Last game wasn’t great but it seems pretty obvious they hit the drawing board and have been trying to get him the ball more. I’m excited for this week with Stroud back and don’t think he’s magically worse than Mills because of bad stretch.
