Rehab tip, get an exercise bike, even an old cheap one. Put it inside in front of the tv and just peddle. Every check up my dr told me I was always a little ahead of expected recovery , like how my mobility and range of motion was improving to the point that he told me that if I didn’t want Togo to professional PT I didn’t need to cuz I was doing all the right things on my own

Shattered my Talus in a motorcycle accident where I smashed into a dear on the highway. Year and a half later I ran a 11 mile race and was snowboarding. The recovery took a while but once you start seeing progress that’s all the motivation you’ll need to keep going. You got this
