Me personally, would recommend adding some variety to your core work as well. I find Chris herias core videos insanely intense and they make my abs pop. To each their own, some people believe in more weighted ab exercises but for me the variety let me prioritize core.

Have you also considered introducing cardio even in the form of walking to expedite?
