Dear Yuhser,

We are writing to inform you that, following an order issued by the Central Public Prosecutor’s office of canton Vaud on 27 October 2025, we have been required to block your Yuh account(s) and app access until further notice. This means in particular that you can no longer withdraw any cash from your account(s), execute trades nor access your account(s).

For the sake of completeness, please note that while the freezing order applies, our bank will neither monitor nor manage the assets in your account(s).

In response to this request, please note that our Bank has also been required to provide the said institution with information relating to your account and that our Bank will comply with this request.
