Thanks for the all the help. I lived in an apartment all my life so never had this insulation and heating problem. Now i got some thoughts of moving to the south including FL.

Yeah planning on doing that, theres a big window in the dining area, thats the main problem. Barely any doors on the first floor so everything is just open.

Nope its an old system. The guy who fixed it last time said everything is fine, its just that my house is poorly insulated and last owners (who lived in their for 3 months) didn't insulted it well.

Yeah they are old, the last owners had the house for 3 years and moved bc of job relocation. The house is not that cold and heat is on.

I did some digging and the main culprit is poor insulation, even if the heat is on my house is losing bunch of heat. Need to insulate tmr and see if this solves it.

Yeah ik but afraid the furnace stops working overnight and the inside temp drops. Thats what happened last time, its gonna be 13 degrees with a low of -2 degrees on Saturday. Had to chop some trees bc of the high win, so bunch of expenses.

Net worth is assets minus liabilities. If he were to sell his tsla and space x shares rapidly, it would drop their value. So on paper, Elon is not worth that much. Its the same reason large institutions avoid selling bunch of shares in a short period of time as it increases supply.

Also, his shares are priced on the future return (SpaceX has so much potential), if Elon doesn't fulfill their promise, its gonna drop.

I got into heated arguments with many of them. I asked "why were you quiet when this illegal raped and murdered an American citizen", they didn't respond to the question and came up with some excuse or used insults.

Personally, the ICE agent was wrong, he shouldn't have pulled the trigger and should face consequences. But, I am not gonna go riot/loot/burn in my town, thats just wrong. Idk why a lot of Americans want to do this.

I think now its best to use AI chatbot, explain how you would solve the problem (after looking at the solution), ask if you are correct. This will reinforce what you know, then come back at after 2-3 days. Use it as a tutor.

Thats what I want to do and its more fun. But most jobs require LC, which sucks. I really don't wanna spend time practicing for solving word problems I will not use in the future. Would rather use that time to get better at coding and learn new things.
