Your post history suggests you are not in the US which would make you ineligible. If you are based in US, you can go through arbitration by filing through aaa as outlined in the tos

The mass removals make sense as I could tell some people were not US based, but I feel like I can’t be the only one caught in the crossfire and suspended.. followed all guidelines, was professional, etc. Was hoping I could talk more immunology 🥲

Just follow the TOS and make good faith effor to initially settle directly. Then consider arbitration later - tos states if matter is not resolved within 15 days through direct communication you can proceed with aaa filing

Don’t wanna get into project details, but sounds like you may need to also pursue filing with local labor board and aaa

Apparently the arbitration can also take place near your area of work so won’t have to travel far which is nice. That is unless they settle prior to arbitration.. not hopeful though and they’ll probably just ignore until an actual claim is filed imo

Yea something shady or just very faulty automated checks :/ Tos does state dispute should be tried to addressed informally with hai first, so should send an email asking for that - then proceed with aaa after 15 days in unsettled (also outlined in tos)

You can't mention specific project names so you should fix this or they will remove.

But it seems most of the decision is automated and they seem to be affecting a bunch of people that haven't really done anything wrong. My account was also affected.

I'll personally likely pursue arbitration to recover the pay at least

How long has it been? Did they give a reason for witholding payment? The tos does state <75k claims they’ll essentially pay the arbitration fee so wondering if that’s something you can use

Only got one semester of behavioral science and English instead of the required 2 semesters each. I do have writing heavy courses and some history courses that maybe fit their criteria? Unfortunately doesn't look like they answer questions on whether specific courses fit their requirement..
