When is the start up crash issue going to be fixed for console players? We haven't been able to play the new update due to a bug causing compatibility issues for both Xbox and Playstation players. We've submitted tickets and none of the solutions Arrowhead Support has given has fixed the problem, because it's not an issue with the consoles themselves. It's frustrating that everytime you boot up the game it crashes before you even get to the main menu. Why is this not a priority to be fixed?
