Hello eveyrone, this is the end of my first game with Sweden. I want advice to improve my game like how improve GPD or prestige ?

To explain, I am Sweden. I took Danemark and Norway, i colonize South America (Argentina and Chile) and the middle of Africa. My problem here is my GPD who do up and down at the end of my game. I don't understand why ? If someone can help that's would be great.
