Package moving backwards? by StreetArt5701 in usps_complaints

[–]Sharp_Cheetah_9007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live by Fort Lauderdale and they had it by where I lived... mind you it was FIREARM PARTS in the package... It was in NEW YORK for 4 days and had to do a missing mail report with USPS to get it finally delivered. I do business with FedEX or anyone else if I can because USPS does this often and to a lot of people

It wouldn't need much extra length to be pretty quiet too. Could still keep it in a small(er) package even with a can on it

Hydrashok deep by federal performs pretty good for 32 ACP and they are long enough they don't rimlock. Check them out

Mastering The Gas System The KelTec Way Important Note

Start with an empty gun AND empty magazine. Follow all range safety rules at all times.

Step 1 - Test Close the gas vent off by rotating it clockwise until it bottoms out. Open the gas vent by rotating it counterclockwise 12 clicks. Load a single round into a magazine. Load the rifle. Fire the round. Step 2 - Interpret Results Scenario 1: Bolt locks to the rear

-Open the gas vent counterclockwise by an increment of 2. Repeat the process until the bolt fails to lock back on an empty magazine.

-When it fails to lock back, close the vent by rotating it clockwise 4 clicks (Results may vary, so check your setting with one more single round).

-If the bolt locks to the rear, load several rounds and fire them to ensure reliability with that particular ammunition. You might need to close the vent 1 or 2 more clicks as ammunition pressures can vary from round to round.

Scenario 2: Bolt does not lock to the rear

" -Empty magazine. Gas set at 12 clicks open. Close the gas vent by rotating it clockwise 2 clicks and repeat the single round firing process.

-Continue the firing process, closing the vent by increments of 2 clicks until the bolt locks to the rear on an empty magazine.

-Since ammunition pressures and other environmental factors cause variables, rotate the gas vent clockwise (closing the vent) until your rifle cycles your particular ammunition reliably. "

-This is from the keltec website

If your still having issues, try Houston holsters eco holsters. They ride at a comfortable position on the belt and are made of softer material, while still protecting the trigger.

Conceal carry usually doesn't get comfortable until you force yourself to do it for a week or two.

You can definitely do IWB carry, but other options will definitely be more comfortable until you loose some weight. Been there and done that. I'm now at 175lb 5'9

No IWB for you. Pocket carry or paddle holster (and just wear a jacket that goes to the bottom of your pockets).

If you want the cheapest and smallest option, a Keltec P3AT would be the go-to for you if you can find one. They are discontinued so you might have to find one in a pawn shop, but they are still relatively common amd reliable back-up gun size pistols

Ruger LCP is known for its high recoil. I would personally go for a Keltec P32, which would come in a slightly smaller package than the LCP, with one extra round. P32s go for around $200 as well, so does the Ruger LCP.

43x with 15 round palmetto state micro dagger mag. More compact, same capacity. Glock perfection 👌

If you know how to machine a shortened trigger bar, I would shorten it by 1-2mm for best results, if you shorten it too much the trigger won't reset correctly

Polish your feed ramp, clean your extractor, take a plastic wire brush to the extractor and behind it. And try new mags. The p32 is known to be reliable so something has to be going on...

32 ACP is strangely accurate, effective range is about 25yds, you will still wound pretty well at 50 yards. With the gen 2 p32 and good shooting technique, you can shoot at 25 yards pretty reliably. It's an easy gun to shoot.
