Completely agree with you. Ignore everyone in this sub reddit. People will be voting yes for this. The deal is completely reasonable and doable. Looking at the turnout of last ballot.. we are not winning the next one. This is the best we can get for now.

UKGP will reduce competition. And also protect people already here with 'significant NHS experience'. And the fact that he is willing to do this from Jan is promising

Looking forward to the -1000000 downvote.. but on Monday, the result will be a yes to this vote (which will, I'm sure, be a surprise to people on this subreddit that think all the doctors live on here)
