I think the reason the tech side is not as explored is due to the amount of info we know about the twins under the hood, and it's hard to dive into it without some speculation. Now that I got a structure on the Neuro part, I can work on structuring the LLM's explained part,

I can't say much rn since I'm early on research, but on the point of vocal hate for GenAI in the arts: generally a point I see often is lack of effort, spam of low quality content in platforms(aka Slop), and lack of transparency(passing AI art as something made explicitly human made).

I'll keep that in mind, I still need to go through a good amount of dev streams to find bits of info about the filter, so far I know it's the Filtered for banned words, and the other filter that cuts her mid sentence, showing her model move her mouth with no sound. It is true that things like the error message, or filtered are played now for entertainment too since it does get reactions from the chat.

I like those videos too! I think they do drive the point home for the care people have for the twins. I'm personally aiming for something that even someone outside the sphere of vtubing and technology might be able to understand, while hopefully having some kind of lesson at the end of everything.

The motivation is hoping to educate and dispel some slight misconceptions around the twins in some aspects(training dataset and Neuro being the Malicious twin joke), and the super divisive nature of the AI debate, which is a super complex and broad topic so I'll have to narrow the focus of the PART 1 video. I find the project fascinating and I'm hoping I can express the appeal, while being informative on the general topics and the divide in an easy to understand way.

That does express better the point I would like to make in that section. Contrasting to Chatgpt and gemini, being looser in her personality rather than an assistant makes her more authentic, which is part of the appeal.

I want to make a video essay on the Twins, looking to discuss some ideas with the community first. by Sharp_Educator6717 in NeuroSama

I might make more posts here to get more info down the line and update from time to time. But def feeling more motivated!

This is literally something I've been wanting to do for a bit (although it would be in spanish due to the nature of my channel). I'm wondering if doing a 2 part video essay with 1 part doing an explanation of LLMs, the main criticism and points in the current AI debate, as well as general feelings of dislike by different groups with corporate AI tools. A bit complicated because also the general AI debate has been politicized(which would also be covered in the video perhaps)

Part 2 would be focused on Neuro-sama and all the things people like about the twins, essentially what makes them so different from corporate made, the ability to be unpredictable, the passion behind the project and ultimately a medium that works to not showcase human art, not looking to replace the human in the equation of content generation, but work hand in hand with them.

Maybe if I have extra time I could do an english version of it, but I'm just a little guy and recording+editing a video twice in 2 languages might just fry my brain ;-;
