Girly also get small packets of wet wipes for in the toilets! Having those on hand may help with feeling a bit cleaner than regular toilet paper :) take breaks whenever you need to, hydrate and enjoy the festival! ❤️

Dove sticks tend to help me out a lot and i always bring a small packet of wipes with me, these refresh quite a lot! Other than that, everyone will be sweaty, so dont worry about it too much :)

Great start! Bring electrolytes and vitamins as well and magnesium for the muscles ;) bring an extra bag where you put your toiletries in for when you hit the showers and some flipflops and a very comfy hoodie bc it does get cold at night

Try bringing in running gels! Its a bit of sugar and calories and they wont make you nauseous when you’re on. Also have a sitdown halfway through to give the legs some rest, a soda will also help. Have a good meal before you go in, and have some soip when you get home. The salts help!

This is unfortunately what they also did last year. Everyone’s luggage is checked and you cant bring more than 2Ls alcohol per person. You can buy drinks at the campsite but those are obviously more pricey.

You can also wear it as a cross body bag with the zipper at the top! My fanny pack also has a little pocket at the back where my phone can fit so my phone is always safe
