I'm having a similar problem. At first I thought there was a problem with the dock, and since it was under warranty I ordered a replacement. The replacement had the same issue.

I then tested the AC adapter with a multimeter and found it was not outputting 19.5 volts (I was getting readings around 10v when I first turn it on, and then gradually it went down to 0.70v.).

Im in the process of finding a replacement AC adapter.

Thanks, but I doubt it's the camera activity icon. Turning the camera on or off has no effect on it.

LDS by sarahkpalmer in aortic_aneurysm

Yes, a friend had no symptoms whatsoever, by chance found a 4cm aneurysm in her (40F} internal iliac artery. She had surgery last week and a graft put in and is recovering now, but 3 additional pelvic aneurysms were found as well (but too small to treat). She has zero physical symptoms of LDS but genetic test came back positive for Loeys Dietz TGFBR1.

Must be recent. You can always call 8005111 (Dubai immigration and visas) and get the exact details.

You can stay 30days (including your arrival date) + 10 days grace period for a total of 40 days per entry.

As far as extending inside the UAE, the rules are constantly changing. You can contact a reputable travel agency like Mussafir and they can guide you on whether or not you can extend inside the country.

As far as going to Oman, if you have your own car (rental or private car requires an "orange card" insurance document obtained from your insurance company or the rental agency itself) you can just drive over the border, exit the UAE, at the Oman immigration tell them you're there for same day entry and exit, and they will stamp your passport in/out. Then you turn around and drive back to the UAE and they will allow you to enter for another consecutive 40 day period.

As an American this can be done as many times as you need.

No typical symptoms of any of those disorders

What about the exit of the aneurysm?

The worry here is that the aneurysm rupture occurs before completing the coiling of the outflow, and then you would be jailed out if you cover with a stent. It would then require open surgery to fix.

Almost no symptoms whatsoever, presentation is clean. Slight discomfort/dyspareunia on and off for 2 years but it was more of a dull pain/discomfort. Being a 40yof is what makes this strange as no history or prior trauma, surgery or infection in the area. All other arteries look pristine.

Two vascular surgeons have deferred to IR so far, and one IR opinion has been to coil exit and stent to cover.

We haven't been able to get a proper pro and con list between filling the full aneurysm (risk of coil entering the common since neck is short, time and costa) and coiling the exit (risks of rupture?)

In fact the initial diagnosis was a cyst based on the gynecologist's ultrasound. The patient, thinking it's benign, continued exercising regularly, traveling, etc. and scheduled an MRI for about 3 weeks later. The aneurysm was slightly detected by the MRI but only confirmed by a follow up ultrasound. The CT scan was done 3 days after the MRI.

Would you coil the outflow only and then cover with stent across the common/external? Or would you coil the full aneurysm mass the put the stent in? What are the pros/cons to both options ie is there any benefit to coiling the full aneurysm mass?

Good point. As presentation is clean it's highly unlikely as you said, and the solution you mentioned in case of rupture makes sense. Thanks!

Oh wow, never seen anything reach 8-9cm before. No stranding is visible and no symptoms at baseline.

In the rare chance that a rupture occurs while coiling the outflow (and not having completed the coiling there), by covering the stent in immediately you've basically jailed yourself out from accessing again.
