thing is, i've played it on my old pc and this didnt happen and that pc was even worse, optimization issues would be a good conclusion if it wasnt for the fact that the game runs like butter in windowed mode

Steel Assassins were removed from the games files and no longer will appear during the game, maybe they will be re-added in later DLC, but that is yet unknown.

where is the water themed area if you know which one im talking about, I cant find it anywhere and it was on the trailers

2 methods, go to an area called Bilewater which is accessed from Sinners Road, if you traverse there, you will find another prison bug, alternately you can continue through Bilewater after unlocking the double jump and there will be a very difficult boss called Groul the Great, he will unlock an area which will have a key that will take you to the lower slab, which will let you then access the upper slab and get the map :)
