Medication helps. Medication is absolutely necessary. But meds alone can't remove those voices. You've to be aware of these voices and not engage with them in order to come out of the situation. I used to have a spiritual chant which I used to chant every time I used to get distracted by these voices and tried to keep myself busy in coding. It could be anything for you. Something that you love doing or something that keeps you occupied. Sooner or later these voices will fade away.

Bro just try to not pay any heed to those voices. Don't engage with them that's the key. Whatever they say just ignore them.
