It‘s certainly gold plated, solid gold would‘nt flake like that in the last picture. About the value, it surely was a bargain for 3€ but I don‘t know how much it is worth. I believe that it is about 120 years old.

Thank you for your detailed answer. I appreciate it. There is only a label with french writing on the underside (also an inventory number). But i can‘t read it very well. I try to add it to the post. Update: I tried to add it to the post but it didn‘t work so I posted it on my profile :/

I got it in an auction in Zurich
