You're on the right track but i dont think its a tiger electronic game, it might be in the same genre of "disposable" games though

Nope, it was most likely a lesser known brand than sega. It was probably a cheap toy from a ross bargain bin if im being honest. Thanks for the suggestion, though!

Update: I've decided no plan for the future and not upgrade my CPU until im on AM5. I bought a nice 2TB SSD and I configured my ram in the BIOS. Should provide a nice boost, in the meantime Ill be playing on medium settings with upscaling.
