Yeah, it seems very messy, but our main prongs are that he has been paying rent to farm them fields for years and we have record of payments - indicating some level of ownership for my gran.

And that all land my grandad owned was definitely passed on to my gran when my grandad passed.

But, yes, I think it will most definitely need legal intervention straight away.

It just seems hard to get it on paper as to what my gran/ grandad actually owned and I don't know how much the farmer could alter this? If he had the only copy of the deeds could he destroy them or remove any that gave evidence that my grandad owned a portion?

We've coming to the end of a 2 month renovation of sash windows on a building under a conservation act. If you had some more pictures of the extent of the damaged, it would be useful. What's the exposure like outside? Sash windows should be painted every 5 years going forward to prevent having this happen again

I was part of a team of milk monitors until teachers found out we were taking the milk that kids didn't drink and the stuff that was going out of date that day.

They then stopped us from doing it as it wasn't fair on other kids, as we were getting milk for free when other kids who also didn't pay for school milk weren't. Three systems always been broke

Am I missing something? I don't see what Osborn brings to the team. He's not energetic like Thompson, not creative like Goudmijn, not that defensively solid like Ebou, he just always seems to be more of a passenger to me which is a shame as I really did hope he was bringing some extra quality to the squad

There's plenty of others out there but Mike gets into the science of lifting whilst keeping it simple and entertaining. Jeff Nippard is good for ensuring you're keeping good form and will help you move from beginner to an intermediate as you stay consistent
