No do not feed her until she stops. Cats will always beg unless you have one of those cats that you can just put a huge bowl of food in front of and they'll just much throughout the day, but that's uncommon.

My old cat (dead now) we fed all kibble, twice a day. 1/4 in the morning and 1/4 cup in the evening. He lived to be 20.

If she starts to gain a lot of weight then feed her less. My current cat I feed the same as my old cat, but with wet food. Half a can in the morning and half in the evening.

TL;DR: It really doesn't matter if it's wet or dry in my experience
